1. Despre platformă
PetTransport Moldova („Platforma") este un marketplace care conectează proprietarii de animale de companie („Expeditori") cu transportatori independenți („Transportatori"). Platforma nu oferă ea însăși servicii de transport — facilitează conectarea între părți.
2. Eligibilitate
Pentru a utiliza Platforma, trebuie să aveți minimum 18 ani și un cont Telegram activ. Transportatorii trebuie să treacă prin procesul de verificare înainte de a putea primi cursuri.
3. Cont și responsabilități
- Sunteți responsabil pentru informațiile furnizate în cont
- Informațiile despre animale (rasă, greutate, stare de sănătate) trebuie să fie corecte
- Transportatorii sunt responsabili pentru siguranța animalelor pe durata transportului
- Nu puteți folosi Platforma pentru activități ilegale
4. Serviciul marketplace
PetTransport este un intermediar. Nu suntem parte în contractul de transport dintre Expeditor și Transportator. Nu garantăm calitatea serviciilor oferite de transportatori, deși depunem eforturi pentru a verifica toți transportatorii.
5. Prețuri și plăți
- Transportatorii stabilesc prețurile pentru serviciile lor
- Expeditorii aleg oferta care li se potrivește
- Plățile pot fi efectuate cash, prin MIA sau Telegram Stars
- Cursul de schimb pentru Telegram Stars se bazează pe cursul oficial BNM
- Platforma poate percepe un comision pentru intermediere
6. Anulări
- Expeditorii pot anula o cerere de transport înainte de acceptarea unei oferte, fără costuri
- După acceptarea ofertei, anularea poate implica costuri stabilite de transportator
- Transportatorii care anulează repetat pot fi suspendați din platformă
7. Limitarea responsabilității
PetTransport Moldova nu este responsabil pentru:
- Daunele cauzate animalelor în timpul transportului (responsabilitatea transportatorului)
- Întârzierile în transport cauzate de factori externi
- Disputele financiare directe între expeditor și transportator
Responsabilitatea noastră totală este limitată la comisionul perceput pentru tranzacția respectivă.
8. Proprietate intelectuală
Platforma, designul, logo-ul și conținutul sunt proprietatea PetTransport Moldova. Nu puteți reproduce sau redistribui conținutul fără permisiune.
9. Suspendare și terminare
Ne rezervăm dreptul de a suspenda sau șterge conturile care încalcă acești termeni, furnizează informații false sau prezintă un risc pentru siguranța animalelor.
10. Legea aplicabilă
Acești termeni sunt guvernați de legile Republicii Moldova. Disputele vor fi soluționate de instanțele competente din Chișinău.
11. Modificări
Putem modifica acești termeni. Modificările semnificative vor fi comunicate prin aplicația Telegram cu minimum 14 zile înainte de intrarea în vigoare.

1. О платформе
PetTransport Moldova («Платформа») — маркетплейс, соединяющий владельцев домашних животных («Отправители») с независимыми перевозчиками («Перевозчики»). Платформа не оказывает транспортные услуги — она обеспечивает связь между сторонами.
2. Право пользования
Для использования Платформы необходимо быть не моложе 18 лет и иметь активный аккаунт Telegram. Перевозчики должны пройти верификацию перед получением заказов.
3. Аккаунт и обязанности
- Вы несёте ответственность за предоставленную информацию
- Данные о животных (порода, вес, состояние здоровья) должны быть достоверными
- Перевозчики несут ответственность за безопасность животных во время перевозки
- Запрещено использовать Платформу для незаконной деятельности
4. Маркетплейс
PetTransport — посредник. Мы не являемся стороной договора перевозки между Отправителем и Перевозчиком. Мы не гарантируем качество услуг перевозчиков, хотя прилагаем усилия для их верификации.
5. Цены и платежи
- Перевозчики устанавливают цены на свои услуги
- Отправители выбирают подходящее предложение
- Оплата возможна наличными, через MIA или Telegram Stars
- Курс для Telegram Stars рассчитывается по официальному курсу BNM
- Платформа может взимать комиссию за посредничество
6. Отмена
- Отправители могут отменить заявку до принятия предложения бесплатно
- После принятия предложения отмена может повлечь расходы
- Перевозчики, часто отменяющие заказы, могут быть отстранены
7. Ограничение ответственности
PetTransport Moldova не несёт ответственности за:
- Ущерб животным во время перевозки (ответственность перевозчика)
- Задержки, вызванные внешними факторами
- Финансовые споры между отправителем и перевозчиком
8. Интеллектуальная собственность
Платформа, дизайн, логотип и контент принадлежат PetTransport Moldova.
9. Приостановка и удаление
Мы оставляем за собой право приостановить или удалить аккаунты, нарушающие условия.
10. Применимое право
Настоящие условия регулируются законодательством Республики Молдова. Споры решаются в судах Кишинёва.
11. Изменения
Мы можем изменять условия. О существенных изменениях уведомим через Telegram минимум за 14 дней.

1. About the Platform
PetTransport Moldova ("Platform") is a marketplace connecting pet owners ("Shippers") with independent transporters ("Drivers"). The Platform does not provide transport services itself — it facilitates connections between parties.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active Telegram account. Drivers must pass verification before receiving jobs.
3. Account and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information you provide
- Pet information (breed, weight, health condition) must be accurate
- Drivers are responsible for pet safety during transport
- You may not use the Platform for illegal activities
4. Marketplace Service
PetTransport is an intermediary. We are not a party to the transport contract between Shipper and Driver. We do not guarantee the quality of driver services, although we make efforts to verify all drivers.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Drivers set their own prices
- Shippers choose the offer that suits them
- Payments can be made via cash, MIA, or Telegram Stars
- Telegram Stars exchange rate is based on the official BNM rate
- The Platform may charge a commission for intermediation
6. Cancellations
- Shippers can cancel a request before accepting a quote, free of charge
- After accepting a quote, cancellation may incur costs
- Drivers who repeatedly cancel may be suspended
7. Limitation of Liability
PetTransport Moldova is not liable for:
- Damages to pets during transport (driver's responsibility)
- Delays caused by external factors
- Direct financial disputes between shipper and driver
Our total liability is limited to the commission charged for the respective transaction.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, design, logo, and content are the property of PetTransport Moldova.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or pose a risk to pet safety.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Chișinău.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via Telegram at least 14 days before taking effect.
